Please help me find partition table for 20g Ipod photo
« on: January 14, 2007, 12:01:29 PM »
Hey guys I'm new here and I'm not too experienced with this kind of stuff. I am trying to convert my 4 generation 20g ipod photo to FAT32 but I can't find my ipod model for the partition table file. Anyone know where I could find it

Did you try the partition table for the 20GB 4g list here?  http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/IpodInstallationFromMacOSX#Convert_an_iPod_from_HFS_to_FAT3

I checked with linuxstb on whether this would work for your model.  His response is that, "it's probably worth a try, but I wouldn't guarantee it.  It depends on whether the hard drive has the same geometry."

I edited your thread title to be a bit more descriptive which may help you get additional responses.
