booting problem...plz help...

i put the rockbox into my ipod nano 1g,but in the begining,when the bootloader starts,shows:
''rockbox error: -1
loading original firmware''
and ipod boots with his original os...plz help!.!

You didn't read the full installation instructions. Specificaly section 2.2.2 of the manual. This is why you should not skip sections, and should read them very carefully.
