Super Noob totally confused

i downloaded all the stuff.

ran Rockbox and it worked (or atleast loaded)


Problems

....can someone plz tell me exactly what i have to click on to get to my music...its all from itunes.

....can someone plz tell me exactly what i have to click on to see the folder where my roms are.

i think the user interface is too vague. A lot is the same or doesn't do what it seems it should.

Don't take this the wrong way its great...i can listen to my music by booting original software but i was just wondering how i could find the games and such. I can get to the plugins no problem but my roms aren't in there so advice would help. Thx in advance.
