Daily builds?
mmdats:
I haven't been able to download the daily builds for the h100 - can someone explain whats up? And where is my 20 bit recording? :-\
Llorean:
Actually, the H100 builds seem to be there, it's the H120/140 ones that are missing.
Regardless, the build system is undergoing changes. They'll be back eventually.
mikeage:
Is it possible to at least make sure to release daily sources?
I'd rather not compile from CVS, as the daily build gives a nice baseline (plus, I can easily compare with a prebuilt binary).
Thanks
Llorean:
What sort of baseline are you talking about?
Using SVN (the main cause of the daily build problem is the somewhat unreliable daily build server for the moment, but also the move from CVS->SVN) allows you to not have to re-apply your patches every single time.
Is there something the daily tarball offers you? I mean, you can still download the source from a specific time/revision using SVN, and that's all the tarball was, was that rolled up.

It offers two things
1. The source code with an EXACT copy, pre-compiled
2. GPL compliance (I don't know if having the code at some revision in SVN is considered releasing the source for a given binary)
