rockbox error -1

I followed the instructions. But during them I got a little confused, and removed the .rockbox and the rockbox.ipod folder from the ipod. Now my ipod goes to a lit up screen where it sais rockbox boot loader, and then rockbox error -1. Then it trys to restart into the original firmware, and it just goes between the error screen and the screen with the apple on it when it is starting up.

My computer is also no longer recognizing when I have my ipod attached to my computer, otherwise i would just drag and drop the missing files onto my ipod, and im almost positive there would be no problems. please help me asap

Never mind, i booted into disk mode and fixed it   Now i just need to find out how to put music and stuff on here...so far i like, but then again, it only booted and retarted after i saw rockbox

how do you get the "rockbox.ipod" onto the ipod.
