Gigabeat remote pause/play button issue.

On my gigabeat f40, the play/pause button on the remote will only work corectly one time.

I'll try not to make this confusing.

Pressing and holding will turn the gigabeat on, as with the original firmware.
But then I only have two options that will only work  one time. If I press and hold the pause/play button the unit will shut off, or if I briefly hold the p/p button the song will pause. pressing again will resume. After that initial first pause, pressing it will only bring up the menu. I cannot turn it off, and I cannot pause.

The p/p button worked correctly on the early builds, but has not been working on the last 3 or so daily builds.
