Check your spelling.  I doubt that you actually have a folder called "rockbock."

yes i do
 its  location is C:\
not in another folder as sub folder either

If you look at your screenshot, you'll see that you have a folder named "rockbox".  As febs suggested above, you have indeed mistyped it as "rockbock".  Spell it correctly and the command will work.  In the future, please try and read posts more carefully, its annoying to have to explain things several times because people do not read them the first time.

Edit:  Close quotes.

"Number" doesn't mean the version information of ipodpatcher. If that information would be needed, the program already knows it. Also, "o" isn't a number, it's a letter. You should take really care not to mix up "o" and "0".

The number the manual is referring to is the number of your disk -- and that's printed at the last line of the [INFO] output. In your case, as one easily can see this is a "1". So it becomes
ipodpatcher 1 -r bootpartition.bin

ok now im finished but i cant get rockbox to work on my pod, I have no idea why.

(if any of you have xfire, you could talk to me through that, it would be alot faster)
