moving icons in wps.

im making a new wps, and i was wondering if there was any way i could get an icon to move while playing and such, like a little guy that dances while the music is playing. would it be possible?
if so how could this be done?
ive seen a wps in the ipd mini gallery with a dancing megaman thing, and i looked at the source, i couldnt find any tags for it.
