i need help

well its been a while since i ve used my ipod 5g video and i plugged in it to my computer today and it updated to version 1.2.1. The thing is that before the update to 1.2.1 i had rockbox installed in my ipod with the loader 2 feature which let me choose which firmware to use, but now because of the update i cant acces the loader2 menu to load up rockbox it just automatically starts the regular apple firmware even if i reboot my ipod, do i have to remove rockbox completely or can anyone tel me anythign better to do that'll be easier?

You just need to redo the "Installing the Bootloader" portion of the installation process.
