Please, type out everything it says on that screen then, as something you cut out could be important.

Which bootloader are you installed on iPod?

Rockbox oficial bootloader??

Have you installed the firmware on the iPod root folder?

It seems like there's not Rockbox firmware there.

If your bootloader has a blue screen, you're not using the latest version of the Rockbox bootloader.  See here:

http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/IpodInstallationBeta

This is required to use the new "5.5g" video ipod (and recommended for all ipods).

hi everybody,

as the screen was staying like there permanently, I am gone to bed. ;D
but I have been anxious all the night too :-\
and this morning, my ipod was lighted off.

So I have tried to push select + play 6 secondes to go on hard disk (this manipulation haven't worked yesterday when i had the white screen).
It have worked!!! so I go on command with my computer , and i have applied ipodpatcher -w N bootpartition.bin.
And now it is desinstalled , ouf!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

I don't know if one day i will try again rockbox, i was seeing me going to Darty for change my Ipod (only one week i have it).

For information, here was my method, perhaps you will see something wrong:

1) First method: I  have tried rockbox installer :

http://www.ipodwizard.net/showthread.php?t=15153

but it was noting "no disk found"

so i tried the 2nd method

2)second method:

- i have downloaded rockbox.zip http://www.rockbox.org/cvs.shtml
-i extract it in ipod
-in c:\rockbox I have putted : ipod_fw.exe http://download.rockbox.org/bootloader/ipod/ipod_fw.exe
ipodpatcher.exe http://download.rockbox.org/bootloader/ipod/ipodpatcher.exe
bootloader-video.bin http://download.rockbox.org/bootloader/ipod/bootloader-video.bin

In c:\rockbox :ipodpatcher 0
ipodpatcher 1
ipodpatcher 2
ipodpatcher 3
(etc)

the 1 was OK.

then :ipodpatcher -r 1 bootpartition.bin
ipod_fw -o apple_os.bin -e 0 bootpartition.bin

ipod_fw -o apple_sw_5g_rcsc.bin -e 1 bootpartition.bin
ipod_fw -g video -o rockboot.bin -i apple_os.bin bootloader-video.bin

ipodpatcher -w 1 rockboot.bin

then i putt off USB

then there was white screen with rockbox bootloader
 version.....
Ipod version.....
Toshiba....
No partition found
Partition 1 : 0*0B 7130Mb
Loading rockbox....

(I forgot excatly)

If "Menu+Select" 6 seconds , then "Menu"

  version.....
Ipod version.....
Toshiba....
No partition found
Partition 1 : 0*0B 7130Mb
Loading original firmware....

but after reboot on :

version.....
Ipod version.....
Toshiba....
No partition found
Partition 1 : 0*0B 7130Mb
Loading rockbox....

DO you see something wrong?

You followed the old installation method, using the old bootloader as Linuxstb said.

EVERYTHING was wrong. See the new method in the manual.

Are you sure you have a 30 gig version?  From "Partition 1 : 0*0B 7130Mb" it looks like an 80 gig version, as Llorean was referring to in his first reply to you.
