Extracting Problems

I have been following the manual, but close to the first step I am stuck. I am on a mac which does not have winzip to expand files, but Stuffit Expander. When I extract the zip file into my ipod video, all I get is a folder called rockbox-ipodvideo-20070102 Folder. But it the manual is says that it should make a folder called rockbox and keep a file in the general location of the ipod called rockbox.ipod. Unless its hidden  I dont see the same files/folders as its supposed to. Can anyone who has got rockbox onto there iPod from their mac help me?

Macs hide folders starting with a "." by default.
