You're the one suggesting surgery to cure (what I could only assume was) a perceived problem.
The only iPod audio problem I am aware of (outside stock firmware's clipping EQ) is the problem the amplifier has with low impedance loads. In all other regards the iPod consistently tests with the best of them.

What would you like to make "better" about your Ipod's output?

(If I may be so bold as to speak for what I perceive to be the majority here)
I think you will find that subjectivists don't get milk and cookies from the primarily objectivist core team of Rockbox. That is not to say there is any excuse for rudeness, and I am sorry if you feel you have been condescended.
I still don't understand where you feel the iPod lacks.

No one can do this.

I don't think you understand my question. What do you want improved specifically?
Also, you can edit posts if you forget things.

Soap: I don't think this needs any baiting.
Reid: Tread carefully. You seem to be implying a lot of things that will annoy the more knowledgeable posters on this forum. You might want to do some more reading about audio before posting like this.
