Going Back to Apple OS

When i retart my iPod it automatically goes to rockbox is there a way to go to the apple os?

Read the Rockbox manual. ;) And hold down the menu button when booting Rockbox, you'll see a message that says "Loading original firmware", you can then let go of the menu button. It doesn't always respond on my nano. Sometimes I have to do it 3 or 4 times before it goes back to the Apple firmware.

In the new bootloader (the one with white text on a black background), you simply turn the hold switch on immediately after restarting your ipod to start the Apple firmware.
