bin files

Trying to download bin files to flash my recorder but the links are not working.
 can anyone help me with either the files or a working link?

P.S. just looking to speed up boot time as seen in video on rockbox site.
I'm not familiar with bootbox or rombox, is that the way I need to proceed to get  what I am looking for.Thank you .
