OH No!!!!!!!!! Can't remove rockbox!

I just installed rockbox onto my ipod video and then it restarted itself and only displays a message and won't do anything else other than restart. I can't even turn it off...

I'm a windows user so i tried the command prompt and typed C:\rockbox\ipod patcher --scan and it said it couldn't detect anything and it won't show the drive in my computer.

This is the message thats on my ipod

please help me fix my ipod (it won't turn off so i hope it won't get screen burn or something)

As stated in multiple places on the site, Rockbox doesn't work on the 80GB ipod video.

You need to force your ipod into disk mode - hold MENU+SELECT for a few seconds until your ipod reboots, then immediately press and hold SELECT+PLAY.  You should then be able to access it from your computer again.
