H320 latest rockbox

Il start by saying that im new here. I would like to use rockbox (for obvious reasons) but can't find a link. where can i find a link to the latest rockest download version? I am currently running 1.29 (J)
Also is the firmware upgraded in the same way as iriver stock firmware?

the main website is down at the moment so you'll prpbably have to wait until it is back up.

sorry....it will be worth waiting for, believe me, I have an H340 and I never use the iRiver firmware anymore.
