and downloaded it now im not sure where exactly im supossed to unzip it to any one have an idea where?

Ok it is not copyright. It is just an addon that gives you counter strike style weapons and a new HUD. To install it in the doom folder make a new folder called addons and place the counterstrike.wad file in there. When you load  doom go under addons and click on it. When you play game now you'll have new weapons and new levels. It's actually quite hard. Fun though.

Seeing as the Counterstrike copyright it held by Valve, or at least is not in the public domain, this could be held to be infringing. Especially if it uses the Counterstrike logo, or any other artwork from it.

I don't think it does. It has some of the guns from counter strike. It also shows a picture of a counter terrorist on the front but that's it.
