Actually, this is in the General Rockbox Discussion forum. Since this is an issue of Rockbox in the Press (as it were) and does in some way relate to the presence of Rockbox on the internet, while it's not strictly topical to what the forums are for, it doesn't actually break any explicit rules (and if it does, it's only because the rules weren't written clearly enough, as they were written by humans, and we're capable of making mistakes.)
While off-topic discussion is not favored, threads pointing out the presence of Rockbox on the 'net are actually helpful in some ways (for example, several times I've had to correct the wikipedia article on Rockbox itself, or write minor corrections to CNET articles on the project).
