switching from rockbox to iPOD firmware with out uninstalling rockbox

is it possible to swich from rockbox to ipodfirmware with out unistalling the rockbox and without having to conect the ipod to the computer?

Yes, hold Menu while rebooting to go from Rockbox->Apple, and simply reboot without holding it to go back to Rockbox, as it says in the various places in our documentation.

Or you could upgrade to the new version of the bootloader following these instructions

and then you can start the Apple firmware by turning on the hold switch as your ipod is booting.
