cant even get passed downloadin plz help!!!!!!

ok heres the deal..i saw rockbox on a video on youtube and saw that you can put games, wallpapers, etc on your ipod. i downloaded from      


kreator666.gabeandco.info/rockbox/downloadRIXv1.0.zip


but when i unzipped it it went to this screen that said searching for unc path i waited for about a half hour and nothing happend what should i do... thnx

ok yea i was dumb i downloaded from this site but i cant get very far i only got to opening cmd but it wont let me go to file i created (i have a 5g video)
