alright its all loaded up and works, I notice i can't see my files, Can I install that theme I wanted now? how do I get to my music or is there a section on this later on?

What I'm aiming for is pretty much the normal ipod interface but with color and "wallpaper"

At this point you should just continue reading the manual. It'll cover how to use music that was copied over using iTunes, since iTunes likes to hide your music, as well as should cover how to use themes.

Did you change the "File View" setting to "Database"?

You may need to shut down the player and restart after initializing or updating the database for changes to be effective.
