Can't seem to change themes

I have just installed rockbox on my ipod video successfully.

However, I can't seem to change themes, even do those that came with the rockbox firmware ( such as Icatcher and Unicatcher). The screen looks the same even after it says "settings loaded".

Can anyone guide me in the right direction please? Thanks in advance.
