4G Battery Upgrade - more than 1000 mAh?

Hi everyone,
   first off - huge thanks to every Rockbox contributor.  This solves so many problems for me!

   I've just ordered a new battery, and it's rated at 1350 mAh.  Since Rockbox options max out at 1000 mAh, what are the consequences of this setting being incorrect?  Ie. if I set it to 1000 mAh, will this prevent me from charging it fully, or cause it to shutdown before the battery is depleted?

No, that value is used for the software to estimate the time remaining when it tells you how long is left in hours and minutes. It will not actually affect other things, as most things are just handled by reading the voltage.
