where are the songs i had with apple os?

i installed rockbox, but now i cannot play the songs i had before anymore... i cannot either upload new songs... help me please!!!! THX

From the Rockbox Manual:

Note: Rockbox starts in the File Browser. If you have loaded music onto your player using Itunes, you will not be able to see your music because Itunes changes your files’ names and hides them in directories in the Ipod_Control folder. You can view files placed on your player by Itunes by initialising and using Rockbox’s database. See section 4.2 for more information.
