Help - Archos FM recorder - USB error

Hey, I just tried to connect my Archos FM recorder to my computer and I got an error saying 'this device has malfunctioned and windows doesn't recognize it.'

When I click the port it's plugged in to it says there's no driver for it. It's always picked it up before.

The last time I connected successfully to my computer was when I upgraded to v2.5, so I wonder if that's the issue. Nothing dramatic has happened to it since that I expect it's been physically damaged. I've tried on two PCs, XP home and XP pro.

Does anyone have any advice?
