iPod 4g Grey / Freeze after playback

ok, so I am new to using rockbox, but i do know some linux.
I am having a problem with my iPod's playback. After about 5 minutes of fine playback, the iPod freezes up. I'm using the newest build. So far it has done it 3 times, so its no fluke, all on different songs. I figure there is probably not muhc i can actually do about it, but it does help with development.

There is a bug in the 4Gs (and other devices with the PP5020 CPU).  There is a partial fix for it in the tracker.  Search for frequency scaling.  If you are unable to patch, unwilling to learn how, or both, there is a build with the patch included in the Unofficial Builds forum.

You can also go to mikeage.net/content/rockbox and download a daily build.  With his it never locks up on me.
