music gone from Apple OS?

Hi there,
I was able to install RockBox on my 2Gb nano using the iPodLinux bootloader... everything seems to work fine with RockBox. The only problem is that when I boot back into the Apple OS, none of the music shows up (everything is empty).

I ran the tag database init process to get my music to show up on RockBox, and (I guess?) ever since then, Apple has been missing it (I can only guess since I hadn't booted into the Apple OS for a while, and this was the only 'change' since installing RockBox).

Anyone have any clue how to get it back on the Apple side?

My guess is that you are running Apple firmware 1.2 or higher and did not follow the extra steps specific to that firmware as described here:

I'll try that... (I am pretty sure I did that the first time, but could have forgotten that step).
