Indeed. But it apparently doesn't suck enough for a programmer to step forward and implement it.

You had best learn how to program then, rather than complain that others haven't used their free time in exactly the way you would like.

that answer was predictable. its often used but doesnt help since majority of people has not the capability to code any single line...
sometimes i have the feeling developers just develop to improve the system (which is great of course) but fail to implement features which are strongly asked (like this e.g.)
anyway...i dont want to complain. im more than happy with rockbox. keep up great work, guys!

Almost anyone can learn to code if they spend enough time and effort on it...

Exactly! That is tha whole point of developing in your free time, you do what _you_ want.
