Not sure if I have posted this in the right area as I'm pretty sure this won't get ported. But I was wondering if anyone had hear of this unit or had any views on it? It seems to tick a lot of boxes for me. The SD/MMC slot is a big plus!
I can't find any user comments or forums related to this unit. It is made in the USA and their website has firmware on it but no indication of what the firmware includes.
I thought your rockboxers may be able to add some knowledgeable comments?

That does look like a nice player, although a lack of .ogg and .flac support would turn alot of Rockbox users off. And also, I suggest you edit your first post to place a bit more emphasis on whether or not RB can be ported to the player, or this thread may be headed to locksville.
