Win XP does'nt recognize H340

Looping:
After installing Roxkbox, when my device is powered off, after connecting it to USB, my device powers on but Win XP does'nt recognize it.
Is this normal doctor ??? :-[

Try holding the record button while inserting the USB cable.

Or let Rockbox boot before connecting the cable.  This is a known issue with the current bootloader, but only affects some devices.
