Which bootpartition.bin file ?

HI, I installed Rockbox on my iPod video 5G 60GB in 11/01/2006, creating the bootpartition.bin file.

Then I uninstalled, back to original OS, on 11/05/2006.

And again I Installed, but using "duall boot" on 11/10/2006, creating another bootpartition.bin.

The two files bootpartition.bin created are exactly the same?? Which I have to keep safe, the 11/01/2006 or the 11/10/2006
