Bad battery on new/refurbished iriver 320

Just got a refurbished iriver 320, US firmware.  Seems to shut off after 5-10 minutes.  Managed to install Rockbox (after a few attempts due to powering itself off) and run the battery benchmark plug-in.  These are the results:

Is this just a bad battery?  Or something else?

It seems very similar to what I was seeing with my refurb H320. I bought a replacement 1700mAH battery from eBay and I'm geting at least 12 hours of battery life now on a single charge.

The swap was very easy as well using the instructions here: http://www.misticriver.net/showthread.php?t=34257


If you got your H320 from eBay we might have bought them from the same seller, suprisingly I got no response when I emailed about my faulty battery......caveat emptor indeed!

Thanks for the info.  The ebay shop I got it from are going to replace mine, so fingers crossed the next one will be OK.  Didn't want to start out with having to replace the battery and void the warranty etc.
