M2v: Data Abort

I used the BAT file from the wiki to convert a divx video (abt 20 mins long) to the m2v format. I didn't need to chagne any settings as I have the 30gb 5gen ipod (not 5.5gen).

It comes up with a data abort message when I try to run the file (with extention .mpg.m2v), and with another video it just stays on buffering forever.

Any ideas?
