Volume when Battery Low on iriver H10

Hi all:

Reposting this due to an incorrect post in the first place - As recently as three daily builds ago, the H10 20gb would start oscillating between maximum and minimum volume levels and stop responding to button input when the battery reached critical levels.  Although the emergency reset button still worked, I had already been blasted at that point.

I haven't seen any discussion of it, nor any mention in any of the version histories: Admittedly, I may not be looking hard enough, but it seems like something which wouldn't come up very often anyway.  I can accept if this is not really a priority item, although it should be eventually addressed.

I've seen this issue reported on Mistic River.  For example:
