rockbox and car radio with USBhost

i have a ipod with rockbox .. great stuff .. but would it be possible to connect the ipod with rockbox on an USB car-radio?? if so .. can people confirm working car radios??

Usually when a car radio uses USB, it does not actually communicate with the firmware of a device, it just uses it as USB mass storage, in which case the only concern is the format and layout of the files.

Amien:
but isnt rockbox in syncmode also a mass storage device? just like any other usbstick?
