does iPod mini 2g have cpu frequency scaling bug during playback?

The subject line more or less says it all.  I'm referring to the frequency scaling bug that affects Color/Photo iPod, 1g mini, and 4g greyscale iPods.

It shouldn't, the Mini 2G uses a different processor.
