what now

hi,

im completly new!!!

Ive installed rockbox although i removed it (just so i knew i could) but some questions. Am i able to be able to duel boot to it or apple as i cant. If i can how do i do it. Also how do i get videos to work on it?

You can boot to the Apple firmware by holding the Menu button as you turn the player on.  For information on videos, look at this wiki page.
