sync with windows media player 11?

Is there a way to get my 2G Ipod Mini to sync with windows media player 11?

No.  Use iTunes or some other iPod compatable program (foobar, winamp, ephpod, etc).

Also, please keep in mind these forums are not for general Ipod questions, but rather for discussing Rockbox.

Dang, I actually got rockbox so I don't have to deal with iTunes. I guess I'll use winamp then. Thanks

Rockbox works as a UMS device. Just copy the files over that you want, or use any program that syncs with UMS devices.

But those things have nothing to do with Rockbox itself, so much as just the concept of copying files to an external disk.

You could try the simple file copying synchronisation program on this Wiki page that was also discussed in this thread. I really like it  ;D
