The only problem is, there are no julius themes for the nano.   :(

There is now, he said with an air of smug self congratulation...  ;D

How is that a Julius theme?

I suppose I should have been more clear, myself.  When I said julius themes, I was meaning themes that made use of the julius builds and patches.

Although I love this theme I really do wish that album art was included, even as a choice. I am fine with a tightly packed with scrolling text, so would it be unreasonable of me to ask for an album art version? Ta ;D.

Funnily enough Im currently working on one based on the julius theme. Basically a re-jigging of the original Clix theme.

Its being a bit of a pig though as some wps tags dont like the album art conditionals. Works fine with album art, but I like to have my text scroll centered if no art is available a'la original apple firmware, can only have one or the other.  >:(

Calling it nClix. n = nano  ;D

I dont see why it shouldnt work with julius builds.

By the way, does the buggy menu happen on the julius builds (see pic)?

Apologies for delay, last I posted was at 4am!

Anyway, attached is what Ive done so far. So be aware its a work in progress.

Ive just remembered, I dont know if the julius builds have the progressbar_ycoord_extension2.1.patch as its needed for precise placement of the progress bar. I really dont understand why this hasnt been implemented yet into the cvs, its vital for design!

So anyway, patch the julius source with the progressbar_ycoord_extension2.1.patch and try out my theme.

Ive put up my build too but be aware thats also a work in progress.

Anybody who can figure out how to use the %t or both %s%ac to work in %?C for the 'else' part of the condition, Id be grateful. Ive had to split the condition into two parts in order to display the 'else' part:
Code: [Select]
%s%e|10|20|30|1|FFFFFF|%?C< hello| >
%ac%e|10|20|30|1|FFFFFF|%?C< |goodbye >
Im not a programmer by nature, so if anyone can fix this, either by correcting the patches or wps, be much appreciated.  ;D

nClix Theme (18/11/06)*updated 28/12/06
nClix Specific Rockbox Build (28/12/06)

custom_list_position-20060930.patch
customline-20060930.patch
multifont-20060930.patch

That theme you posted gives a 404, as does the build. Not sure if it is your server but you may want to rehost it on http://beta.localhostr.com/ or http://rapidshare.de/ .

Try it now. For some reason the forum adds its own link to my link  ???

Anybody have a link to julius nano build or source? I could have sworn he did one.  :-\

I don't think julius ever did a nano build.  Senab compiled builds for the nano, but not julius.

Hi. For some the Date at the bottom bumps up against the bottom of the Clix box at random times, and will jump up and down leaving an imprint, which is really annoying. I don't know what causes this, but fixing it will help me love this theme so much more. Good effort for now, love the work!
