I miss the display of my MR-100 and was wondering if anyone was interested in making a iPod 5G version here are some links to successfully assist in the design/copying
doesnt say anything in the rules about making request
at least dont firmly lecture me or flame

There is no reason to be afraid that we will "lecture" or "flame" (well, we wouldn't do that anyway) you as long as you have read the rules and found that there is nothing against doing what you wish.  In fact, in the sticky in this forum, it says:

As well, ideas for new WPS features, or a new *visual* design of the interface are valid

The rules are only against feature requests, not someone giving out ideas for new WPSs.

In short, don't worry so much.

Thought Id post what Ive done so far. It all works. Was a bit bored today so thought Id play around with this.

Ive had to guess where to put the repeat, shuffle, hold icons and made the line under "PLAYBACK" be a volume graphic.

Input appreciated.

i´m not a professional but isn´t the backround black and the foreground red??? isn´t it?

not what the photos look like. on the olympus website, the demo flash has black background and red foreground, but I dont know if its a red backlight in the photos. anyone know?

but after a quick look at google i agree ...it´s contradictory

Seems different in that one too! Its a choice really:

Black background / red text?
Red background / yellow text?
Dark red background / red text?

Pick one and Ill alter it!

It looks to me like it's monochrome with a "black" background and "white" text, but using a red backlight. Then the variants of it are just based on the angle of the camera and lighting conditions.
