I'm pretty sure you also can't offer to pirate copyrighted software on these boards.

I wouldn't play them.  The bad Doom experience was enough.  It was cool until I tried to actually play it.

If you want to play a game, concentrate on one you can play with the very limited joystick/clickwheel interface we have, not one that requires a ton of buttons.  how about a driving game where you don't have to accelerate, just turn?  Or a Lunar Lander type game?  Or Scorched Earth?  That would rock.  Not another FPS.

Firefox 2.0 RC is quite stable.  You should switch.

It has a built-in spell checker.

Please follow ALL posting guidelines.

Do not offer to assist copyright infringement.

Use WHOLE words rather than "u" and "ur".

Darkshade, at this very moment you're on thin ice regarding the offering of copyrighted materials.

Have you actually read the forum posting guidelines in the announcement forum yet?

I don't suppose you could stop bagging his spelling and answer the question Llorean?
I've seen too many posts here where somebody asks for help and everyone pounces on it to pick out all their spelling mistakes or other ridiculous things rather than answer the question asked.

Darkshade, look around the net for Doom Mods and there are some Duke Nukem and Hexen conversions out there which work for the Rockbox Doom plugin.  You may want to check the Doom Plugin documentation first as some mods aren't compatible.

However you still need the original Doom II wad which comes with the retail version which can still be bought online in some stores for like $5.

Viperknight: Our forum has very clear rules regarding the use of whole words. While poor spelling is understandable, being too lazy to type out the whole word is a choice someone makes, not a lack in their knowledge.

Because many of our users are either blind or speak other languages they depend on machine tools to translate or read our forums. Because of this we require that forum users do everything in their power to maintain as close to proper English words as they can. This means at the *very* least not intentionally messing up their spelling.

So yes, I will continue jumping on people who refuse to follow the rules. It's simple: If someone refuses to follow the posting guidelines I will tell them.

Another argument for the correct spelling is to make searching within forums not too difficult.
