I'm going to guess its a temporary a server problem.

Either way, pretty funny.

This has happened to me twice now, once last week, but thought it was a server problem before O.o

this happens to me all the time. I haven't noticed a problem with it.
The message comes after the last transmission, so I think that it only means that the connection wasn't shut down proplerly afterwards.

I can't make out what it really says. I'm not a native english speaker.

What does "dying gasps" mean?
dying is clear...

where is the verb anyway?  ???

"Dying gasps" would be the last attempts a person makes at breathing right before they die.

The implication is that the server is in fact dying, and breathing its last. :)
