Where are the flash *.bin files?

I want to flash my Studio 20 Player, but the links to the files needed in step 3 on the page http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/BlindFlashing are dead.

Are the files available somewhere else?  Am I missing something and I don't really need them?

http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/RomBox contains updated instructions, though it's not explicitly designed for blind users, so I'm not sure if the feedback you receive during the process is all properly voiced or not (specifically the confirmations the flashing plugin gives you).
