On my iRiver H10 (6gb) I cannot get a good estimate of battery life. The indicator drops from 100% to 10% after an hour and steadily decreases to 0 over a period of hours. This does not happen on the original firmware.

Its probably not calibrated on the 6GB. IIRC Barry submitted calibration for the 20GB, but I don't think its the same as teh 6.

I have received some calibration data from people with 5/6GB players so it's just a matter of finding the time to add it to Rockbox. Should be done soon (ie. a few days or so).

I just committed updates to the battery indicator based on the calibration data I have. The 20GB has updates for both regular use and for charging. The 5/6GB only has updates for regular use as I haven't got any data yet for charging. If anyone wants to run the battery_bench plugin while charging their H10 from totally empty to full battery and send me the data that would be great.
