Rockbox wont load after version updated

I just updated my 5g ipod to version 1.2 through itunes, but now when i reset it to load rockbox it will just load the original apple firmware, how can i get into rockbox again?

When you update the apple firmware, it removes the Rockbox bootloader, which must be reinstalled.


Also: READ THE POSTING GUIDELINES. Topics should always be clear and give readers notice of what the post is about. "HELP!" tells users nothing.

Dont forget that music files will no longer show up in the apple firmware, not that you would be using it... right?  ;D
