ipod 5g WPA problems

not sure if this is the proper place to post this, but I am having trouble with my installed WPA's.  On the screenshots it shows everything all nice and aligned, but on my Ipod everything(title, artist, status bar, duration) is shifted down and some ends up behind some elements, anyone know why, or how I can fix this?

Many of the WPSs in the Wiki require patches.  The very easy way to avoid this problem is to avoid those WPSs.
The easiest way to use the WPSs is to look for an Unsupported build that suits you.  There is a forum dedicated to these unsupported builds, look for it down near the bottom of the main forum screen.
The hard way to use them is to compile your own personal build.  I can't help you with that, but in the Wiki are tons of instructions on how to do it.

yeah, my bad WPS (its late ) anyway I made sure to pick ones that didnt require any, for example the theme x highbar and black glass non album art version(the two I have tried) both dont specify any patches, right?

I haven't used the X Highbar WPS, but have used Black Glass and it does not require patches.

Next, does the font on your screen look the same as the font on the screenshots?  If not, go get yourself the Font pack, available on the daily builds page to the right there.
