Boot menu?

Is it possible to use a triple booter or some other possible method to choose whether to boot into the Apple or Rockbox firmware at reboot? I don't have iPL installed by the way.

There is no way to do this that is officially supported by Rockbox.  From what I understand, the iPL bootloader will do it.

You can use Loader2 of IPL. There's no need to install IPL to use Loader2. See the IPL homepage for details. There are also (inofficial!) installation instructions in the Rockbox wiki.
Please be aware of the fact that Loader2 is completely unsupported by Rockbox.
