Laggy Song Transition

I have my ipod playing all my songs thourgh the folder on shuffle (dont like play lists) and when it starts a new song it seems a bit and while looking at it i think its because its changing the name from the filename to the actual track name.

Is there anyway to get like my group of songs id3 tags or something so that it already has the names?
