Which settings controls auto-resume at startup?

Hello.

I hope this is the right place for this question but it is to do with audio playback so here goes:

A few nights ago whilst trying to while away the time when I couldn't sleep I was configuring the settings on my iPod Video 30GB.  I must have enabled or changed something, because next time I started it automatically went to the last song I was listening to and started playing it. Well actually it auto-started after I unplugged it from the computer and drained the battery down as I hadn't noticed it.

Anyway, I just reset the settings to defaults and it's all fine - but I'd like to know which setting that was so that I don't unknowingly do the same thing again.

On a related topic, how do I save 'profiles' for settings, say for different users?  For example, different people have different audio preferences, and if I lend my iPod to someone I'd want to be able to get my own settings back without having to re-set everything up.  Can they be saved to a file on-screen (without having to connect to a PC, copy the file and save a copy for each user?)

With respect to your question about saving profiles, use the "Manage Settings" menu:

Write a cfg file for each user.  Under Manage settings, Write .cfg file.
