i'd love to see an album art version.  maybe with the album art to the right of the text after shortening up the black bars that the text is in
I had thought of this. I might work on it later. I dont use album art in rockbox since i use the itunes database, but i might try to make an album art version anyway. Im not sure. For now, ive done what DanMatters wanted and I made a new version with the progress bar below the info box. (check first post)

I decided to give this the Album Art treatment. I wanted to take advantage of the new BMP resizer patch, so I gave this 125x125 art. It is really painless to get all your AA if you're using the iTunesdb. I'll put up a post about that later though.

I had to move a few things around, and i wanted a bigger font, so i had to sacrifice the Next song info. I also wanted 150x150 art, but i would have had to cut out some more info, and didn't think it was worth it. .psd included for your own bg's. Hope you guys like it.

oh yeah, also it uses the Scroll Margins patch, along with the AA and BMP Resize (of course) so i recommend the build from ace214 atm

see the CustomWPS wiki page for all the info you could need and rasher's page to download precombiled simulator builds so you can see what it'll look like on a nano as you're working on it [without having to keep transferring 'n whatnot].

Hmm can the battery meter be patched so its more accurate like iCatcher's one? Currently only displays 25%, 50%, 75%. Good work though  ;)

I haven't looked at WPS code for a while but you should be able to simply edit the code so that the battery has more steps (10%, 20%, 30%, etc), and then open the already existing %100 icon in an image editing program, make 10 different icons that correspond with all the steps and then delete the already existing 25%, 50% and 75% and integrate your pictures.

EDIT- I just realised that the indicator is a percentage as opposed to a battery icon, so my advice may be partially invalid.

The only thing that would make this theme perfect, for me...is a scrolling song box, and it coming in purple ;)

i could make a simpsons thheme for ipod nano, but i wont do it till tonight.
plus the whole xbox dashboard thing would be kinda difficult being sideways on a nano. maybee if you rotate it so the tab is on the top, you could fit more without being crunched up.

Too Vista-ish for me, but the blue is nice. Pity I only have a H320...
